A few years ago, I was at a wedding and the best man had obviously not rehearsed, and after he finished giving his toast, he asked me what I thought. My questions went something like this. “Is the groom your best friend?” “Yes,” He answered. “Do you care about your best friend?” “Yes,” He answered. “Don’t you care enough about your best friend to prepare your toast and rehearse for him?” There was no answer.
