Part-10 Capture Thinking to Improve Engaging Screenagers
Look back at the last training course you took and ask yourself where did the thinking process that brought you all of those new ideas go?
When you went through those training exercises you probably had a list of learning points or goals for the future, but the actual thinking process is gone.
Wouldn’t it be great to capture the steps of new thinking as you learn the new thinking?
Often I see in training some great decision making some new ways of thinking but after their training sessions over much of the process it’s gone.(junk engagement)
Yet it’s the process of thinking and going through the thinking, problem-solving, etc. can be so valuable.
What if you could capture that process?
We use eWorkbooks that engage participants to answer open ended questions.(optimal engagement)
As we go through a case study for example, participants are recording their thinking process as we go through the case.
In the past, we were only able to keep related goals that were addressed the finished product so to speak now we can keep all the moments of going through that process.
Now we can Backtrack to see where the thinking went awry so we can go back and look and avoid that thinking traps that got us into trouble in the first place.
Outliers: The Story of Success
Outliers: The Story of Success
Every organization has it’s own culture and with culture comes assumptions.
By monitoring the thinking process within an organisation we can identify those assumptions that we want to question alter or abandon them if they’re no longer useful necessary or guiding in the right direction.
Can’t you see how difficult that would have been in the past?
Won’t you be much less competitive compared to those who monitor and improve their thinking processes?
Monitor your thinking process, explode your success.
