“Where am I going to find the time?” That is the most passionate objection I get from my clients. And my response is, automate and outsource. Then you can spend more valuable time with clients and your passion.

Next, automate and outsource is your 11th of 12 points in the checklist to build your online influence. Remember, follow these points so you won't need to hire me to coach you through the process.

As I keep saying, you need to learn how to do these things yourself. Once you know how to automate work and what works best, then outsource. Go for it.

Automate before you outsource

Once considered only for large organizations, automating and outsourcing are now at your service.

Autoresponders, bots, etc.

Use the modern Internet. We have the tools and services that can help extend your reach, connections, and productivity. This goes beyond what we’ve imagined even just a few years ago.

For example, you can use an automated email systems. Called autoresponders, these systems send regular pre-set emails. They  can even respond to questions with FAQ sheets.

Dropshipping

When you want to sell product products you can set-up automated systems. These systems post inventory images, take payments, ship products, and send reports to you automatically.

All of this administrative work is done automatically. Once you sent up your systems, they take only a little time to maintain. This is huge!

Outsource

Some of the more well established outsourcing sites: fiverr.com, outsource.com, upwork.com, guru.com

Use the modern internet. Because of technology you can work with outsourcers to do most anything an influencer needs.

There are several online platforms where you can find services that will:
  1. Respond to and email your audience automatically
  2. Edit, finalize, and post your social media content
  3. Design websites, ads and other visuals
  4. Report analytics and conduct testing
By hiring local interns etc, you will give others the opportunity to become influencers. So, you can bring them along on your journey with video, blogs, audio, etc.

The most important part of automating and outsourcing

In secondary/high school and undergraduate studies, I rarely talked to my teachers/instructors.
