If you could choose to earn an extra $100K in 3 months rather than 12, would you?
When people read this most say to themselves, “There is no way!”
In fact, when I talk about “Automating for Your Optimal Lifestyle” in my seminars, often I get overly emotional, and every now and then, even hostile responses.

There’s an interesting concept that people achieve amazing things when they learn to identify, validate, and permit themselves to experience appropriate emotions.
It breaks the norms and can challenge you to question what’s truly possible.
If other people have accomplished amazing things, what is stopping you from doing the same?
Mainly, it is untrained emotions that cloud our judgments.
High-achievers learn to use their emotions to help themselves build optimal, engaged lifestyles.
EXPRESSING APPROPRIATE EMOTIONS is Life Skill #3 according to World Life Skills Expert, Jill Raiguel.
Inappropriate emotions include:
Controlled by Fear-Becoming overly fearful to try new things because we tried something in the past and didn’t succeed or follow through.
Controlled by Anger-Getting overly frustrated (angry) when everything doesn’t go the way we want it to go.
Controlled by Happiness (Withholding/Addicted to emotion)-Holding back appreciation and celebration from ourselves when we succeeded so we don’t want to have that now.
Controlled by Sadness-Overly unhappy when disappointed by of those we would depend on to partner with for automating our lives and businesses.
With training we can learn to ask ourselves the right questions to diffuse inappropriate emotions, our emotions can help us succeed..
Often, by asking bigger and better questions, we can see the clearly quicker and easier path to reach your goals.
Time Collapsing Questions can be a great exercise for expressing appropriate emotions.
For example:
Goal: I’d like to build-up to 20-30+ hours every week to engage my passions (e.g. learn a new language, travel, learning to cook, etc.) over the next 6 months.
Time Collapsing Q: How can I reach that goal in three months?
That question opens up an entire new world that can make it happen for you.
For example, are you trying to reduce by 7 minutes, the time it takes you to get home from work every day?
Yeah, that may take you a year or three to reach that goal. That’s 2,500 minutes per year, so how many years will it take to have 20-30+ extra hours?
Even with support and family help, that’s a lot of trouble to do.
So, how do you do it in 3 months?
What if you increased your automation autopilot potential?
What if you could outsource to a virtual assistant 10 hours of work per week?
What if you could eliminate by taking simple stems 10 hours of work per week?
What if you knew how to automate using online tools 10 hours of work per week?
Emotions out.
Carefully think about what emotions you are experiencing right now.
Are your emotions supporting you or are they inappropriate?
What passions would you pursue with your 30+ extra weekly hours of lifestyle flexibility.
Doable?
YES.

By asking higher quality questions, we can collapse time and reach the incomes and lifestyles we desire and deserve, in record time.

Engagement background before eWorkbooks
As a trainer and university lecturer in the USA, I had great success in my coaching, training, and classrooms by engaging my learners in ways I had learned from my Dale Carnegie Instructor Training. (optimal engagement)
After earning my Doctoral Degree researching engaging instruction in adult education and training and development, I started a training business in Hong Kong.
But something was wrong, I was struggling in this new culture (I’m a cattle rancher’s son from Colorado, USA) to find ways to inspire and motivate my coachees and students in Hong Kong.
With my coachees and in the classroom, I preferred having clients engage in learning activities instead of just talking. This is especially effective to keep clients engaged between coaching calls.  
I struggled through trying several paper worksheets and workbooks to guide students, but I wasn’t getting the results I wanted. (junk engagement)
When the smart phone with the ability to search the internet came along, I could see my clients were curating (i.e. searching, finding, collecting, commenting, changing, remixing, and sharing.)
I thought, “Why not do that for learning?”, so I started asking them to answer questions, interact with information and colleagues, and go find examples of the learning content using their mobile devices.
eWorkbook development and success
I began searching for possibilities and I struggled testing several apps, until we created best practices using eWorkbooks, and after testing them, began to use eWorkbooks as my clients always had their devices with them.
Then we used eWorkbooks (Google Forms with the training slides as well as interactive questions, curating links and tasksexample images and videos, etc.) This became powerful for my coaching clients as they were able to share ideas and get the benefits of social learning even though they were not in the training course or classroom.
My clients [Engaging Screenagers] completed eWorkbooks using their mobile devices as they were learning interactively while, at the same time, they were developing habits of learning with their devices (optimal engagement) instead of killing time with them. (junk engagement)
Students used eWorkbooks to while I lead the discussion and guided them, and after they submitted their answers, they would get their responses sent to their inbox so they could review their learning Moments of Growth(optimal engagement)
Because the students’ responses from eWorkbooks go right into a spreadsheet in real-time, as the teacher I can monitor what students are doing to give them guidance in the moment, as well as track their learning develop over time.


Since those early days, I’ve had great luck supporting my coaching clients and entrepreneur friends use Google forms for 360° reviews for evaluations as well as use eBrochures and eMenus to test new ideas and actively engage and actively interact with customers.
