First, imagine your ideal audience and what they would expect. Next, ask yourself, “What would they see that would help them feel part of the community?”

Tip 1) First, give your ideal audience content they want

First, look at this example. Imagine you are a Smurf custom clothes creator, collector, and blogger. So, your readers would like to see content on:
  1. Nostalgic Smurf clothing
  2. Trivia contests from the original Smurfs comics
  3. Clothing trivia from the recent movies
  4. Possible clothing ideas for future movies
  5. Contests or poles to vote on new clothing ideas
Next, did you get the idea? Also, did you notice in the above list there is nothing about Spiderman clothing?

Therefore why isn’t there any Spiderman clothing mentioned in the above list? Because the audience wouldn’t expect it.

So yes, this is a simple example. But this principle works the same for life coaching or other passions.

Tip 2) Next, keep your content consistent 

Seriously, I can’t tell you how often my life coaching students tell me their niche. So, then I see them posting content on totally different topics.

Tip 3) Also, give your ideal audience content where they spend time, money and attention

Again, my coaching students tell me, "I don't know why my audience isn't reading my content."

Hence, when we dig into the question, we continually find my students posted content where they want. However, their ideal audience doesn't spend time there.

Also, below are some highlight ideas, trigger questions, and sample responses to open your mind. So, as you look at these ask yourself, how you feel they relate to your passion.

First, here are some highlight ideas.  So, spark the authentic part of you that has positive intent and gives you energy.

1. First, what do you authentically enjoy sharing with others?
2. You will want to communicate your passion better than anyone else, however it must be content that others want to consume?
3. Also, you will want to put out lots of great content followers will love and share with others.
4. What other communities are there, and what comments on other blogs, or forums?
5. Link up with people talking about your topic.
6. Join all relevant Facebook pages and groups.
7. Keep posting and building community over and over again.
8. Finally, what will you just ‘enjoy the ride’ sharing every day?

Next, here are sample responses from my clients and students.

So, finish this statement: Some of my idea audience content includes:
1. I love helping people build self confidence in themselves when I teach them public speaking.
2. I enjoy guiding my mentees at my company to perform better than they ever thought they could.
3. I love talking to people online about Hello Kitty accessory trends.
4. I love writing about and playing golf

1. When your community is well established what will you be excited to share with them?
2. What could you talk about all day every day that your ideal listeners want to hear?
3. What stories do you want to share that your ideal listeners want to hear?
4. How can you communicate your passion better than anyone else?
5. Finally, how can put out lots of great content and see what gets more attention?
